Everything on the table
All sessions include a check-in, warm linens, and unscented oil unless you'd rather have a blend. Pressure is yours to set, and you can change your mind halfway through — most people do.
Relaxation & Swedish
The heart of the practice. Long, rhythmic strokes that quiet the nervous system down.
Swedish Relaxation · 30 minutes
A focused half-hour on whatever is complaining loudest — usually neck, shoulders and upper back. Easy to fit into a lunch break.
Swedish Relaxation · 60 minutes
A full-body session at gentle-to-medium pressure. The best place to start if you're new to massage.
Swedish Relaxation · 90 minutes
The same session with room to breathe — enough time for feet, hands, scalp and everything in between.
Swedish Relaxation · 120 minutes
A genuine reset. Slow, thorough, and unhurried from start to finish.
Therapeutic & deep tissue
Slower and firmer, aimed at the two or three areas doing the most complaining.
Deep Tissue Focus · 60 minutes
Concentrated work on neck, shoulders and low back, with enough Swedish around it that you still leave relaxed.
Deep Tissue Focus · 90 minutes
Time to work an area properly and then settle the whole body back down afterwards.
Sports & Recovery · 60 minutes
Stretch-forward work for runners, lifters and anyone whose weekend was more ambitious than their Monday.
Signature experiences
A little more ceremony, for when the week has earned it.
Hot Stone · 90 minutes
Warm basalt stones soften the muscle before hand-work begins. Deeply warming — bring a hair tie.
Add-ons & gift cards
Small extras that make a session land a little differently.
Warm foot treatment (15 min)
Scalp & neck extension (15 min)
